When manufacturing aluminum plates, aluminum plate manufacturers may encounter defects on the surface of aluminum plates. Do you know the reasons for the defects on the surface of aluminum plates? The reasons are as follows:
1、 The pressing (folding) roll shape is incorrect. For example, the calender bearing is heated, which makes both ends of the roll swell, and the center of the extruded plate is thick and both ends are thin; The wave of the plate before calendering is too large, which makes the calendering amount too large, resulting in crimping; When the thin plate is pressed and polished, the feeding is not correct, which is easy to produce crimping; The thickness difference between the two ends of the plate is large, which is easy to produce crimping.
2、 Surface bubble: there is dirt in the uneven center of the ingot surface, which is not cleaned before charging; After etching and washing, there are traces of etching and washing residue on the surface of ingot and aluminum plate; If the heating time is too long or the temperature transition is too high, the surface of the ingot will be oxidized;
3、 Ingot cracking: excessive reduction during hot rolling and cracking from the end of ingot; The heating temperature transition of the ingot is too high or too low.
